Hugh also served as resident of the local association in 1986. A past president of the Hoe Builders Association of Alabama, Hugh was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2004, and he continues to serve in several capacities on the state level. Hugh has two children, son Thomas, 22, and daughter Lindsey, 19, and is an active member of Frazer United Methodist Church right here in Montgomery.
